Artist Notes

Tea Dealers Founded in 2015 by Shin Won Yoon and Stefen Ramirez, Tea Dealers is a small NYC-based tea company focused on sourcing premium teas from China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and India. Dedicated to offering pure, high-quality, and authentic varieties, Shin and Stefens' love for tea has taken them around the globe in search of traditionally crafted products. Upholding the utmost integrity in their selection, Tea Dealers solely works with small family farm partners who appreciate the art and simplicity of a single cultivar, resulting in creations without any processing, altering, or blending. It is exceedingly rare to find a tea company with competent expertise spanning this many regions and countries. Still, with one visit to Tea Dealers' curated Tribeca gallery and tasting room, you realize that—though rare—they do exist.

Care Instructions

Tea, much like coffee, has a shelf life and is sensitive to light, heat, moisture, and air. Please always refer to the producer's individual instructions for product storage and care. Keep your teas stored in a cool, climate-controlled location and within an airtight, light-proof container. Store unopened bags or tins (especially Shincha, Matcha, or delicate green teas) in the fridge to prolong their shelf life. Always bring the tea back to room temperature before opening to avoid getting condensation on the tea.
